This quick and easy Bashful Blue card was one of my 10-card Spring class designs. It uses the Occasions Mini Catalog hostess set, Up in the Air, along with Paisley Petals dsp and a few punches - the eyelet border, 1" circle, and 2-1/2" circle. The sentiment is from the You're a Gem stamp set. It was sponged around with Pacific Point ink. This is the last month to order anything from the Occasions Mini Catalog! Please visit my Online Store at http://therubberroom.stampinup.net to order anything you'd like. While you're there, check out the Clearance Rack items. There are some great bargains to be had, and these can only be ordered via my Online Store too. Hope you have a great Friday the 13th!

Bright Blossoms in Real Red and Lucky Limeade
I love this Lucky Limeade and Real Red card. I used the Summer Smooches dsp, along with the Bright Blossoms stamp set, and a sentiment from You're a Gem. I used these punches - Dotted Scallop Ribbon, 1-3/4" circle, and the largest scallop circle punch Stampin' Up! carries. An In Color glimmer brad adds a little bling.

You're a Gem owl punch card for birthday card
One of my downline celebrated a birthday last week. I did get this birthday card to her then, but am just getting around to posting it now. I started with the owl punch and Melon Mambo card stock. The partial circle scallop punch is supposed to look like a cloud (the owl is flying). I love the "Queen for a Day" sentiment from You're a Gem. And since it's about being a queen, you need a trinket crown. The designer paper is from the Flirtacious dsp pack. I hope you have a terrific Sunday! I've got to head out to the studio for a 10-card class today. Those cards will be posted soon.
Almost forgot the envelope! I used a 7-3/4" square piece of Flirtacious dsp and the Diagonal Scoring Plate and whipped up this envelope in a minute. Love it!!!

Friends Never Fade Amazing Folding Card
I love the colors of this Amazing Folding Card, as it was called on the SU! Alaskan cruise, though on the cruise we used Sweets for the Sweet stamps and different colors. Yes, mine uses Greenhouse Gala dsp, which is now retired, but the Friends Never Fade and You're a Gem stamp sets are still current.
To make this card, cut a piece of card stock 8" x 8" and score at 4" on two sides. Then score from one corner to the opposite (only one diagonal line). Use a bone folder to crease the folds really well because the easier your card stock folds, the easier you'll find getting the corners into place.
From there simply cut smaller squares (3-3/4" square and 3-1/2" square) for the inside panels - or you may use photos for a really unique card! I cut my ribbon at 27 inches and position it so it ties at the side.

Sneak Peek: Button Buddies pig
I love, love, love this pig! He makes me want to squeal with glee! I took this photo on the cruise to Alaska. It uses a new stamp set called Button Buddies. With each image, you can add a button. This is one of the first stamp sets I'll be buying from the new 2011-2012 Idea Book & Catalog. We can order July 1. That's only a couple of days away now. Oh, and the words are from You're a Gem.

You're a Gem for Monkey Challenge #61: Girly-girl
When I think "girly-girl," I think pink and sweet and sparkly. So I felt compelled to use rhinestones and glitter, ribbon and silver flower filigree brads on my card. It was fun!
This is my card based on the A La Card Monkey sketch below. It uses 5/8" Pretty in Pink satin ribbon, Pretty in Pink and Melon Mambo inks, Artistic Etchings and You're a Gem stamp sets. I like it! Let me know what you think.
Ink: Pretty in Pink, Melon Mambo;
Paper: Whisper White, Pretty in Pink, Melon Mambo, Love Pattern dsp;
Accessories: Scallop Border Punch, 5/8" Pretty in Pink satin ribbon, basic rhinestones, flower filigree brads, 2-way glue pen, Dazzling Diamonds glitter, dimensionals, Mini Glue Dots.

Baby Steps for A La Card Monkey Challenge 54...
This is for A La Card Monkey Challenge #54. In the close-up photo above, you can see that I stamped and cut out extra elephant ears from the single stamp Baby Steps, and added Dazzling Diamonds glitter and googly eyes to make the elephants stand out more. I think this would make a sweet Mother's Day card, as well as a cute baby card.
The card is Concord Crush, Whisper White and Basic Gray. Edges were distressed with the cutter kit. The sentiment is from You're a Gem stamp set, which is only available till the last day of April (hello! That's Saturday!).
Aw, did you see that adorable puppy and kitty? Make your own project! You can select a puppy, kitten, or any animal. Use the sketch, or not. It's up to you. Just have fun with it and play along. I'll be adding blog candy shortly to sweeten the deal.
Stamps: Baby Steps, You're a Gem (Occasions Mini);
Ink: Concord Crush;
Paper: Level 1 hostess In Color dsp pack, Whisper White, Concord Crush, Basic Gray;
Accessories: Googly eyes, Mini Glue Dots, 2-way glue pen, Dazzling Diamonds glitter, Perfect Polka Dots embossing folder, 3-1/2" circle die for the Big Shot, Cutter Kit, Scallop Border Punch, 1" and 1-1/4" circle punches, dimensionals, 1/8" Whisper White taffeta.

Queen for a Day with lots of bling...
I had fun making this Queen for a Day card. That sentiment, by the way, comes from the You're a Gem stamp set in the Occasions Mini. I created the card for a color challenge of So Saffron, Early Espresso and Cherry Cobbler. I'm sure you can figure out most of the items on this card, such as the owl punch and Black Flourish Designer Jewels I used for the eyes. I did add rhinestones to the crown trinket, and used my craft & rubber scissors to snip off the loop at the top of the crown. The owl's "eyelashes" are parts of a decorative strip in the Spooky Night Rub-Ons. The designer paper is from the Playdate pack, and I used Tombow Liquid Adhesive and Champagne Glass Glitter around the sentiment.

A key to my heart fits color challenge...
I started with a Sahara Sand card for this week's color challenge that I chose, with a layer of Poppy Parade dsp and card stock. I just received the Trinket Keys and had to use one of those cuties! The "Key to my Heart" phrase from the You're a Gem stamp set fits perfectly with the little hearts from Tiny Tags. I punched out five hearts with the 1/2" circle punch and adhered them with dimensionals. I used the sketch below from Technostamper.
