One challenge is fun. Coming up with a card to fit two challenges stretches you. And using one card to fulfill three challenges ROCKS! For this Mother's Day card, I used the sketch from Stamping 411, the colors at Bloggers Challenge, and the theme from The Paper Players. You can see the details below.
I used the Summer Mini Catalog hostess set Love & Care for my card. I inked the stamps with Not Quite Navy, Rose Red and Certainly Celery markers (my blue, red and green for the color challenge) to ink up the stamps. I hated covering up some of the flowers with the sentiment because it's so pretty! The sentiment is from the All Holidays stamp set by Stampin' Up!.
It's a beautiful day here. I managed to finally stamp the remaining cards leftover from a stamp-a-stack yesterday and put away all of the supplies (a job in itself!). I'm going to walk to my daughter's bus stop to meet her. I hope you have a wonderful day/evening. If you have the time, try a challenge! They're fun!!!
