American Ink make & takes

I took photos of these make and takes several days ago, but didn't like the way they turned out, so I took them upstairs under my Ott light. Much better! Mary Ann brought this birthday card for everyone to make. I love the colors - and it'd be quick to make a handful of these to have on hand for those birthdays that sneak up on you.

Barb was clever with her Betsy's Blossoms make and take. We could pick which In Color we wanted to use, along with the Designer Brads. I messed up the ribbon taking this photo. It's on straight and flat now! The "for you" is from A Round Array - a set you may purchase NOW that will be in the upcoming catalog - and one that layers wonderfully on our smallest scallop circle punch.

Now's a great time to join my American Ink group. You spend $99 plus tax and pick ANYTHING from any current catalog or promotion PLUS AN ADDITIONAL $30. Whoo hoo! I love a bargain. You can sign up when it's convenient for you on my website - http://therubberroom.stampinup.net. Click on Join the Fun.

Finally, Kim CASE'd a Mary Fish card for her make and take, which proved very popular. Again, it'd be easy to punch a bunch of butterflies and position them on many cards, just adding the sentiment you need when you need a card!

I've got some great news - my niece and her family moved here yesterday! We're thrilled to have them so close (literally down the road). My niece said she packed three totes full of stamps that she's giving me, so look for some terrific, older stamp sets at the Heirloom Show next month in Puyallup. I'll have them priced and for sale then.

I've got to get going. I need to make 85 items for staff appreciation by tomorrow morning. I've got an idea. I just need to get busy. Hope you're enjoying your day!
