We started with a 6" square piece of Not Quite Navy. There's a layer of Bashful Blue card stock under the top layer that was torn around the top and right sides.
We used markers to ink up the Just Believe rubber on the biggest stamp, then spritzed it with water before stamping it. It's so pretty! It does take a little time to dry before you can stamp the "thank you."
We used the Color Spritzer and Not Quite Navy marker to "spray" the top layer too.
We tore the edges and added a 5/8" piece of Old Olive satin ribbon with a button (held on with a mini glue dot).
