Raspberry Ripple rabbits from Ears to You are absolutely delish!

Raspberry Ripple rabbits - it sounds like a strange, new delicacy. Maybe a new ice cream flavor for Easter! But really it's just the ink color for the Ears to You stamp.

I used the Retro Sketches Challenge #55 for my card... or rather I used the card the sketch is based off of. You have till Friday to submit a card of your own. Here are the Things to Remember:

  • The linky closes at 11:59pm Central on Friday, March 22nd, 2013.
  • You MUST use the sketch. If we cannot see the main elements of the sketch, your project might be removed or at the least, not eligible for winning or getting a shout out!
  • Enter as often as you like with a different project each time.
  • You are welcome to combine challenges.
  • HAVE FUN!!!

I felt compelled to use these adorable patterned bunnies (again!) for Ginette's 10-card class this morning. The Baja Breeze card uses a 2" x 5-1/4" piece of Birds of a Feather dsp, along with a 4-1/4" x 3" piece of Summer Starfruit that was punched with the Scallop Edge Border punch. I used an oval framelit for the bunnies in Whisper White card stock, and added a Raspberry Ripple bow with a mini glue dot. I had fun this morning seeing all of the ladies. We chatted about everything! And we made a date for next month. Ginette (my mother-in-law and also one of my demos) designed and prepped two of the five cards herself - I am so proud of her! She's enjoying it and feeling more comfortable designing cards, thanks to the swaps and cards like these she's been making.

If you see anything you'd like to order, please visit my Online Store at http://therubberroom.stampinup.net. I have a Mystery Hostess order going in Friday - the last day of our Sale-a-Bration Event! Everybody who places an order of any size will get their names entered into a drawing that afternoon for the hostess benefits (a pack of Silver Glimmer paper and $25 in freebies, at the very least). Sale-a-Bration is where you get a free item from the SAB brochure for every $50 you order. Look in my right-hand column and click on "Free Products."
