Easy for a man: Remembering Christmas

I think this is the perfect manly Christmas card for those single guys we all know. This Remembering Christmas card is earmarked for my neighbor.

I cut a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Composition Specialty paper, rounding the corners before attaching it to a Chocolate Chip card front. Then I inked up the deer and stamped it on a Very Vanilla piece of card stock that was die-cut using one Apothecary Accent framelit. The sentiment is from the hostess set, Warmth & Wonder. This is card design 1 of 5 used for this morning's 10-card Christmas class. I've made so many Christmas cards already that I'm giving them away! lol

I've got a new hostess code for October - VEHSYQRR. Use it on any and every Online Order this month when you go through my Online Store at http://therubberroom.stampinup.net and you'll be entered into a drawing for the hostess goodies at my Nov. 1 drawing.

A simple decoration for any day - a wide-mouth jar of wooden spools and thread with a zinc lid. See more vintage decorations at http://www.facebook.com/booth6goods. And have a great day!

Hi Terry,

Your neighbor is going to love this Christmas card! It is so "manly" and would also make a great birthday card. It is funny you posted a glass jar as I have been decorating some myself with burlap and lace.

Very masculine! Love the wood grain background paper. It really adds to the "man" feel.

Gorgeous card, so serene and peaceful! I love the soft colors :) Wonderful jar - I just made 19 pumpkins out of mason jars, what fun things we can think up , right?! :)
