Kim swapped this cute Twick or Treat card at our demo gathering.She used an empty aqua painter dipped in shimmery paint (new in the Holiday Mini, along with the stamp set) to give the ghosts a little somethin' extra.
The ghosts were stamped in Basic Black on Whisper White and punched out with the Wide Oval Punch. The black oval layer behind is a die for the Big Shot.
And what a great way to use scraps of striped ribbon!
