The Top Note die from Sizzix adds a touch of elegance to any card layer, as shown here with the Raspberry Tart designer paper.I used Sweet Stems stamped in Basic Black ink, and colored in with Pink Pirouette, Riding Hood Red and Kiwi Kiss pads and an aqua painter. The images are punched with the 1 1/4" square punch, then layered in Riding Hood Red with the 1 3/8" square punch.
And if you haven't felt the smoothness of the Kiwi Kiss/Very Vanilla satin ribbon, you're missing out! It's like butter....
The "happy birthday" comes from the stamp set Bitty Birthday. It's punched out with the Word Window punch. I've been doing that a lot lately!
