She used the 1 1/4" circle, 1 3/8" circle, scallop, 1/16" (to make holes in the scallops), and the new scallop edge punch at the bottom.
Is that all? Nope. There's also a 1/4" circle punch used to accent each image with a Tangerine Tango or Baja Breeze dot.
The strip of card stock behind the scallops is Pink Pirouette. It looks great with Tangerine Tango and Baja Breeze! Now you need to try some combinations....
