The new Baja Breeze is a perfect sea color, I think, and goes well with this lighthouse stamp set.I paired the new In Color with Not Quite Navy, and used a Not Quite Navy marker to color the white grosgrain ribbon since Stampin' Up! doesn't carry any ribbon in that color.
