I love this card's colors. Louise did good.The red layer is actually some Western Sky paper, on top of distressed and sponged Creamy Caramel, layered on the Not Quite Navy card.
The jumbo eyelets hold the satin chocolate ribbon, and the stars are stamped and punched out with hodgepodge hardware brads in the center and dimensionals underneath.
