The 5/8" grosgrain ribbon and spiral punch are such terrific accessories, no matter what the occasion.Here, the cat is stamped in Basic Black and colored in with a blender pen and Stampin' Pastels. Then the "spray" was added using a black marker and color spritzer.
The top of the card is paper from Creepy Crawly. It makes Halloween projects a cinch!
