Welcome Home Christmas card for Monkey challenge

This week for the A La Card Monkey Challenge 82: Anything Goes, I decided to go with the Welcome Home stamp set and Mocha Morning Specialty Paper. The paper is so elegant. The top design is flocked, and very soft. The card base is Soft Suede, and I used Glimmer Basics brads. Though the sketch called for words above the ribbon, I put them inside the card.

Stamps: Welcome Home;
Ink: Jet Black StazOn;
Paper: Very Vanilla, Soft Suede, Basic Black, Mocha Morning Specialty Paper;
Accessories: Glimmer Basics brads, 1/8" Basic Black taffeta, 1-3/4" circle punch, scallop circle punch, paper piercer and mat pack.

My sketch challenge for Christmas card...

Tip: Make sure you read the entire post, because there's a prize involved!

I came up with this sketch challenge card. I used Jolly Holiday designer paper for my card, along with the Welcome Christmas stamp set. The sentiment is from the Holiday Mini stamp set Gifted. To mark my first sketch, I'm giving away a prize! It's a Scallop Trim Border Punch and the Bearing Gifts stamp (retired).

Stamps: Welcome Home, Gifted;
Ink: Cherry Cobbler;
Paper: Very Vanilla, Cherry Cobbler, Old Olive, Jolly Holiday dsp;
Accessories: Victoria Crochet Trim, Large Oval Punch, Modern Label Punch, dimensionals, glimmer brads.

Good Neighbors card...

Kim used two free Sale-a-Bration items to create this cute card. It uses the Good Neighbors stamp set, as well as the 6" Welcome Neighbor pad of paper that coordinates great with that set.

You can get each item FREE thru March 31 with every $50 purchase you make.

The sentiment is from the Welcome Home stamp set in the 2009-2010 Idea Book & Catalog. I love the addition of the little Chocolate Chip epoxy brad!
