Happy February! The first thing I want to do today is to say

Congratulations to Marie Vincent!

I believe this is the second time Marie has won my monthly drawing - all because she entered a hostess code when placing an online order. That's something anybody can do!

It's fun to add humorous saying to greeting cards, and that's exactly what the Giggle Greetings stamp set provides for today's card. Fun! I paired it with Birthday Basics designer paper and Raspberry Ripple card stock, and put them on a Summer Starfruit card.

A quick Giggle Greetings card

 

The sayings in the Giggle Greetings stamp set are so much fun! They're a departure from the typical "Happy Birthday" sentiments. And these colors were a departure for me.

 

I created this make and take on the fly during my stampin' retreat last weekend. I hadn't inked up Giggle Greetings yet, so I stamped it in Jet Black StazOn and Summer Starfruit and Raspberry Ripple markers to outline the image. A quick flip of a corner to show the other side of the dsp and a dahlia embellishment finish the card.
