Cheryl created a fun birthday card for her American Ink swap using the Priceless stamp set.The base is Whisper White card stock, with strips of Certainly Celery card stock. The bottom strip was scallop edge punched, while the top strip - on the part that flips up - was run through the Polka Dot embossing folder.
Notice the Scallop Trim Border punched around the top three edges of the part that flips up to reveal "You raise kindness to an art."
The ink is Old Olive and Pretty in Pink, with glitter.
