This is the third of four cards we did at the Crazy for Cupcakes birthday party earlier in the week.This card design was CASE'd from here. I dropped one pink layer and used the sentiment from the Crazy for Cupcakes stamp set. Those were the only changes.
Pink Pirouette is a very light color, so to color in the balloons, we used a couple drops of the reinker in the pad lid with an aqua painter. That did the trick!
It's a beautiful card... lots of layers, some paper piercing, Pink Pirouette striped ribbon and a couple of punches - designer label and the large oval.
