You can get loads of flowers of all shapes and sizes out of the On Board Blossoms & Basics. It's cool! On this card, the scalloped-edge flower is covered with Soft Sky print paper, while the leaves are simply covered with River Rock card stock. The jumbo wheel is part of a Level 3 hostess bundle called All about Occasions. The wheel itself is called All about Birthdays.
The inks on the card are Blue Bayou and Soft Sky (Aida Print background on the entire card front, as well as the flower circle from Pick a Petal). The three little flowers are made using the Three for You punch box.
