I found a tutorial for this cute mini pocket book on Michelle's blog - http://michellesrubberroom.blogspot.com. One thing she does is use a hobby blade and ruler. I prefer using my paper cutter for the scoring and cutting and measuring. It went a lot quicker!
I used an 8 1/2" x 11" piece of Spring Fling designer paper (cut down from 12" x 12"). That one piece is the entire insides with pockets!
My cover is a 6" x 2 7/8" piece of textured Sage Shadow card stock, with a piece of white grosgrain ribbon knotted through the middle of the book.
Happy Thoughts is my go-to stamp set of choice for a project like this. I punched out a 3/4" circle from a scrap of the paper I was using, layered it on the Whisper White 1 1/4" circle with "happy thoughts" stamped on it in Classic Old Olive ink, and layered it on a Sage Shadow scallop with 1/16" holes punched thru each scallop. The entire medallion is attached to the front of the mini book with dimensionals.
It could challenge the ideas of the people who visit your blog.
