to use only Stampin' Up! build-a-brads and circle rhinestone brads to embellish it.The only tool I used was the pliers from the Crafter's Tool Kit. I cut part of the legs off and used the pliers to curl the ends under slightly and around the bracelet links.
This is another of the Better Your Best projects.
