Hats off to you!

Ordinary people do extraordinary things every day. Sometimes I have a card on hand that actually gets to that kind of person in a timely manner. Ha!

One of my club members earned her associate's degree from our local community college recently, and I am so proud of her. As a 30-something mom of two, a military wife who's moved many times and has had to start and stop her education a few times, she's endured a lot physically and mentally and yet has pursued her dream of a degree and achieved it.

This card is a CASE from http://lovinglifeslittleblessings.com. I used a Deco Label Framelit for the Guy Greetings sentiment and hat stamps (photopolymer, so I adhered both stamps to an acrylic block and stamped once). It's a Crumb Cake card with Typeset designer paper and a 1" x 5-1/2" strip of Basic Black card stock.

Congrats Shauna! You're my hero.

Guy Greetings: You're My Anchor

Since it's June, and Father's Day is next weekend, I had a couple of man card designs for my 20-card stampers last weekend. This one uses a photopolymer stamp set called Guy Greetings. All three stamps came from that set. I used Crumb Cake and Marina Mist ink pads and card stock. I CASE'd this card from fellow Stampin' Up! demonstrator Deb Naylor at Unfrogettablestamping.com.

I've got an order going in today! If you're local and you'd like to order something and pay only 10% shipping, please email me a.s.a.p. If you're not local, you can still put in an order today - use this code

A Guy Greetings classic

Yet another fabulous man card stamp set in the 2015 Occasions Catalog is Guy Greetings. It's got this car, shoes, anchor, tools, strongman, hats, a banner and great sayings to go with all of those.

I used a strip of paper from the Adventure Bound Designer Series Paper Stack, and used the 2-1/2" circle punch on Whisper White after stamping the car in Early Espresso ink. Inside the card, it says, "TO A CLASSIC." I used this card for my father-in-law's birthday last week. This was another of my quick card designs for my latest 20-card class. Hope you enjoy your day! I'll be watching the Seahawks football game with my hubby!!!
