This vibrant blue is Pacific Point, one of the incoming In Colors. I love it!Here, it's paired with brushed silver and black card stocks. The big star was punched out and attched with dimensionals. The bottom piece of silver was pierced and is stamped with the Christmas saying from Heard from the Heart in black ink.
